How to get started?

  1. Sign up and create a free account.
  2. Log in to your account. You have instant access to a variety of features in the Limited version.
  3. Start by setting up the database (importing contacts, configuring email, adding events in calendar, inviting colleagues)
  4. Pro offers unlimited data storage, full email integration and more features.

In my free account, can I invite colleagues?

Of course! Invite your colleagues to participate. No strings attached! Every user receives login details and has access to the shared database.

This way you can set up the database together and see if all CRM features meet the needs of your company.

How long will I have access to my free Limited account?

The Limited edition has no time limit, use it as long as you want but it contains less features than Pro and there is a limit in the number of items you can add: 50 items.

Items are emails, attachments, documents, files, tasks and appointments that you add manually.

Mass import from Excel, Apple (Contacts & Calendars), Office 365 (Contacts & Calendar), or Mailchimp are not included as item.

Do I have to pay in advance with my free registration?

No, you don’t have to provide any payment details on register. Try the Limited version free of charge.

Payment only applies when purchasing Pro licenses.


Is my data secure?

Yes, your data is 100% secure. SpinOffice takes adequate organizational and technological measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We do not share any information with third parties.

Our servers are protected by 24-hour surveillance. Our software and infrastructure are regularly updated with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall, and all databases include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

Can I get a free tour?

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Upgrade to Pro for unlimited data storage, full email integration or to get access to all the features.

Do I pay per user in Pro?

Yes! If you decide to work with the Pro version, then every user needs a Pro license.

In the Pro version, roles and rights can be set per user.
