Microsoft Exchange is the standard for on-premise email servers. SpinOffice supports an integration with Microsoft Exchange server. This means that emails from mailboxes on the MS Exchange server can be automatically uploaded to SpinOffice.
To download data from an exchange server, you must enable IMAP from your exchange server. By default, IMAP4 client connectivity is not enabled in Exchange. If you are unable to enable IMAP4, please contact your IT administrator. We are also happy to help you.
Once IMAP is enabled for your MS Exchange server account, SpinOffice connects to your email account and retrieves all your email messages from your inbox, sent items and trash folder.
