Business Transaction

Amazon Web Services

Mulberry Garden B.V. uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) (https://aws.amazon.com) to host the application servers that are needed to run its service SpinOffice CRM. All client databases, email messages and files are securely saved and managed on AWS. The data centers that we use are located within the EU and our network is a private network. Our virtual private network spans over two AWS data centers within one availability zone. This allows us to host our servers it two separate data centers. In case of a problem in one data center, the other one will pickup the load and users can continue to work.

ActiveCampaign

For email marketing, Mulberry Garden B.V. uses ActiveCampaign, developed by ActiveCampaign LLC, 1 N Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60602, USA. ActiveCampaign is a service which organizes and analyzes the distribution of newsletters. If you provide data (e.g. your email address) to subscribe to our newsletter, it will be stored on ActiveCampaign servers in the USA. ActiveCampaign is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the US to ensure compliance with European privacy standards in the United States. We use ActiveCampaign to gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our marketing email. Calendly

Mulberry Garden B.V. uses uses Calendly, developed by Calendly LLC, Calendly LLC, 1315 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, United States of America, to schedule calendar appointments for SpinOffice CRM. Usage data, as well as the information that you enter in the Calendly widget, will be stored and processed on servers in the United States. Calendly complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and/or Switzerland, to the United States. Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service.

  • Google Analytics
    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

Mulberry Garden B.V. uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Authentication

We built our Service to respect and protect your data. We utilize OAuth 2.0 authentication with Google. OAuth 2.0 is an open standard authorization protocol that allows third parties to access user data without needing to know or store user passwords. Also, OAuth 2.0 authentication allows users to revoke app access at any moment in app settings. If a user revokes Loop app access, our Services do not have access to any of the user data anymore. Where OAuth 2.0 is not supported, we need to get your account username and password secure in our Services.

  • Our Service uses OAuth for user authentication. We never have access to Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Android passwords.
  • Our Service uses https://mail.google.com/ to read, delete, and manage a user’s Gmail account in our Service, so users can manage their email accounts through our Product and sync the changes with their Gmail account.
  • Our Service uses www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email to view user’s email address.
  • Users give access to the Service via OAuth 2.0 authorisation, allowing a full synchronisation between our Service and a Gmail account.

12. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
