We are excited to inform you that we are working wiht MessageBird on a powerful integration between WhatsApp for Business and SpinOffice CRM. Your customers can sent WhatsApp messages directly to your SpinOffice Inbox, and all conversations will be archived like you are used to when using SpinOffice mail.

This new integration allows you to link a wide variety of social media platforms to your own MessageBird account and link the messaging directly with SpinOffice.

WhatsApp messages will appear in your SpinOffice Inbox and you can reply directly using a new chat window. You can also automate standard replies or configure business hours. We will organise group trainings to explain how to configure these automations within MessageBird.


The complete social media module will be free of charge for any user registered user with a valid license purchased before March 1st 2021. When you don’t have a Limited or Pro license, you can register now to secure your free access.
